Multipurpose Indian Language Evaluation System (MILES)

The Retrieval System is a web-based interface designed to retrieve question items and generate model question papers for various educational levels and for any purpose, from Primary to Research.

This system will cater to the evaluation requirements of the country and abroad with reference to Indian Languages by instantly providing meaningful, scientific, valid and reliable tests in equivalent forms with a sampling error-free content coverage for any purpose, and any level of education.

A model question paper is generated based on the information submitted in a pre-requisite form by the requesting organization/Individual. The primary strength of this system is its efficiency, capable of generating a complete question paper within minutes. This project is an upgraded version of the earlier retrieval system, with optimized combinations for item retrieval, which significantly enhances the speed and accuracy of the process. Currently, the application supports five Indian languages: Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, Kannada, and Telugu.
